Katie Maloney is a Postpartum Doula in the Upper Delaware Valley.
Postpartum families deserve extra loving care and often need an extra set of hands.
I welcome you to browse my offerings and to reach out if you are considering allowing a doula the honor of supporting you during your fourth trimester.
Bio
Katie (she/her) has completed her DONA International postpartum doula training in Asheville, NC.
Katie has been a professional nanny for 20 years and has extensive experience caring for new babies as well as gently assisting families throughout times of transition. Her passion for supporting families has only intensified with the experience of becoming a mother herself.
With a lifelong calling toward childcare she is excited to share her specialties of newborn sleep, feeding, and soothing solutions, as well as to extend her capacities of loving care to include the rest of the family; particularly mothering the new mother.
Katie is always continuing her education in all things related to the postpartum period, and strives to empower parents to trust their capabilities and to ask for assistance in the ways they see fit.
